How Do I Request PTO?

Each full-time employee will accrue PTO weekly in hourly increments based on their length of service.  PTO taken will be subtracted from the employee’s accrued time bank in four- or eight-hour increments.

Submit your PTO dates to your reporting project manager or supervisor by email.

You can tag Ed Hartmann in HR at (ehartmann@cfpsprinkler.com) in the initial email if you like. This will help with the communication process in case anything is missed.

Once the project manager or supervisor receives and reviews the request, he will then notify you if it’s approved.

HR will then receive the PTO invite from the project manager or supervisor.

HR review the request to see if an employee has enough PTO for the request.

If employee is out of PTO, HR will reach out and ask if he still wants the day off unpaid.
