I hope you all had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July.
I came across this Highmark Preventive Schedule to give everyone a reminder to make sure you are paying attention to your health and wellness.
I also wanted to remind you that you can get discounts with your medical insurance if you do see your medical provider for annual check ups and lab work.
You can get additional discounts for being a nonsmoker or trying to quit if you attend a nicotine sensation program.
More information on all of this will be sent to your home addresses soon.
One last thing, open enrollment for medical insurance and much more will be upon us in the next few months and we have some new things to offer this year.
