Open Enrollment 2024-25 has begun!!!
Please select your Health, Medical, & Financial Benefits for the year 2024-25.
You received your Open Enrollment Packet (a list of all the benfit options) at our ESOP reveal party.
You will receive an automated email from PayTime (HR Software). This year, 2024-25, you are able to submit your selections using a paper form OR you are able to select your benefits on-line through PayTime.
Please download and review the attached 2024-2025 Benefit Booklet and refer to the PayTime Benefits "Open Enrollment Directions". When you are ready, click on the link in the email to login into your employee self-service portal. If you are using the on-line PayTime App, when you are ready to begin, click on the blue Start Open Enrollment link located in the My Benefits section on your dashboard.
The deadline to complete and submit your benefit elections for the 2024-2025 plan year is Wednesday, September 11th, 2024.
You will not be able to make any plan and/or coverage changes until the next open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event.
