If this is after office hours (4pm to 7:30am) you will speak to a representative of a 3rd party. If it’s during office hours (7:30am to 4pm) you will be in touch with our receptionist at the Leola office.
Please provide your full name, reporting supervisor/manager, and if you want to use your accrued PTO.
If you have no PTO available, PTO cannot be used for the call off.

Why you might ask?
When someone calls off, the reporting project manager has to plan for an employee to cover that job you were supposed to be that day. The more time the project manager has to plan, the more efficient the workday will be for job.
