• FIELD WORKERS: You Can – receive EO Merit by “Getting Caught” being safe: two-person lifts, air testing pits and excavations, inspecting your lifts, ladders, and harnesses. Report a job site safety concern, use a face shield when grinding or wearing your gloves to move materials. Attend GC Site Safety meetings, go to Department safety meetings, Oh... and also delivering great customer service and have a reputation for INTEGRITY, providing a QUALITY SERVICE and WORKING SAFE while doing so.
• OFFICE WORKERS: You Can – earn Merit Value by “Getting Caught” being safe and for hosting and attending Tool Box Talks (TBT’s), Safety Training, GC-Project safety/scope meetings, or Department Quality and Communication meetings, Oh... also delivering great customer service or hosting your own TBT or training event.

Employee-Owner ‘Safe-Work’ Challenge Events
• Periodically during the year; Safe-Work challenge events will be hosted to boost engagement of Employee-Ownership qualities. Winners will be announced or entered into drawings sponsored by CFPC’s Safety Committee.
Semi-Annual CFPC ‘Safety & EO Teamwork’ Events
• Everyone’s invited to participate in Company-Wide Safety, EO, Health, & Teamwork events where educational classes, cool stunts, fabulous prizes, monetary awards, and company-fame are justly earned.
Annual ‘Finale’ of Safety Awards and Prizes
• Hosted at CFPC’s Annual Christmas Party, the Safety Committee will present a variety of Merit Awards for the demonstration of Employee-Owned Company Values and successful Project/Job completion.
