Using our very own Training Trailer !!!

We invited a voluntary group of Apprentices to the Leola Shop for some hands-on talking and learning.  THIS is part of our P.I.P.E.S. initiative... to learn and share and grow together.   Thank You Managers for scheduling these folks so they could attend, and Thanks to the folks who attended the class -  to make it a worth while experience:

Chistianna Campbell (Inspection), Robert Offord (Service), Matt Floyd (Field), Jose Baez (Inspection), and Jon Offord (Service/Instructor).

It was a group of people who didn't know each other very well, they were from different departments, with different levels of experiences.  It was awesome !  What one person knew, they shared it with another.  That tipped off a third person to tell a story.  That story led us back to Quality, Integrity, & Consistency - Which is EXACTLY what we're doing - BOOM !!!
