Ground

Fault

Circuit

Interruptor

It works faster than the typical circuit breaker.

A Circuit Breaker waits for an overload or short circuit, to trip.

A GFCI looks for an imbalance in electrical power, to trip.

WHEN DO YOU NEED ONE?   Whenever you are using a cord-connected tool.

WHEN DO I USE IT?   Whenever you 'plug-in' a tool or extension cord.

WHERE DOES IT GET PLACED?   At the receptacle, as close to the source as possible.

WHERE DO I GET ONE?    Call your PA or DE Shop to make a request.
