At the beginning of 2023, CFPC kicked off a NEW on-line training, learning and development tool = "Succeed". This web site offers training classes ranging from topics on Human Resources, to Safe Work Practices to Leadership and much more. In addition to pre-made classes, CFPC can make and upload our own classes, announcements and custom highlight videos.
Depending on your Job Title and day-to-day work tasks, each person in CFPC has been aligned with 2-3 hours of classes per quarter throughout 2023. Completing these classes provides the particpant with 'Merit' Employee-Ownership credits to be included in annual safety recognition awards.
