It's that time of year again.

An Open Enrollment Period is a window of time that happens once a year — typically in the Fall — when you can sign up for health insurance, adjust your current plan, or cancel your plan.  It's usually limited to a few weeks.  If you miss it, you may have to wait until the next open enrollment period to make changes.

CFPC's Open Enrollment is being scheduled August - September 2024 timeframe.

Outside of Open Enrollment, you can change plans if you have a life event that qualifies you for a Special Enrollment Period.  You can qualify if you've had a certain qualified life changing event:

Losing your health care coverage, Changing residence/moving, Breavement, Getting married/divorced, Having a baby or adopting, low income, plus many more.

For additional details about ALL Special Events, please refer to your Highmark Policy or contact CFPC's HR Manager ehartmann@cfpsprinkler.com for answers to your health enrollment and coverage questions.
