THIS... is exactly the kind of teamwork we should celebrate.

Notes from a Foreman...

I wanna give a shout out to the individuals who were involved an helped me out on a recent project which I felt went extremely well as we were up against a tight schedule due to a delay in permit approval.  We were working against the odds an even running into a few snags with some duct work we had to make some changes to an add protection around/under ducts that was not originally on our plans.  Everyone from the Crew Members on site, to the Boss Man "Vinnie Ricci" and our top dog designer Chad Kreider were quick to address the needs.  They had the material to us pronto so that we were able to knock that job out in about two weeks with a day or two for a couple of guys on the weekend but we finished Hydro testing an awaiting our final inspection.  Basically we flow tested way ahead of the rest of the trade.   From my interactions with the GC they were very happy with our efforts because from day one I don't think they were sure we could meet schedule let alone be completed ahead of it.   So before that job becomes to much of a forgotten memory I'd like to make sure all involved knows I appreciate their efforts and contributions... as it truly was a team effort.

I just think they all deserve the recognition so if somehow you could put it out there for me I'd like to thank them.

Chad Kreider

And even though it was just a day, it was on a weekend, an he made a big impact on completion I don't want to leave out Wade Harnish.

I'm sure there's more people who had there hands in this and I apologize for not singling them out.   Like Ron Green - he was always super efficient with getting us the material we needed.  I just want all involved to know I appreciate them an it was a great example of what can be done when people come together an put there best efforts forward as a time nothing is impossible.  This certainly is not the first time I've experienced this here I just feel like it would be a positive trend to make sure these efforts a recognized even though I know they are appreciated.  Sometimes I think it goes further when those things are heard out loud you know what I mean.   Alright that's all.  I know you're busy as this matter is definitely not urgent, I just wanted to do my part an get that out there because it's been on my mind an to many times I don't act on these things when it's heavy on my conscience.  I didn't wanna leave this one slip by.  It felt like the right thing to do so now I burden you with this.

Thank you an have a great rest of your night.  Take care, Jared Stump.
